At Petronella's Gallery and Bookstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art and literary treasures. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the fashion items or books you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all gallery tags are attached and the products are in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship to the Gallery

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
